Role Summary
As a Content Specialist, you'll drive Capricorn's content strategy, creating compelling stories that showcase our vibrant community across digital, social, print, and multimedia platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver content strategies that align with business objectives.
Produce engaging, brand-aligned written content.
Create and edit video and other multimedia assets.
Lead projects, meet deadlines, and stay organised across multiple platforms.
Maintain meticulous quality and accuracy in all written and visual materials.
Adapt to shifting priorities while upholding high standards in a fast-paced environment.
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years in content creation across multiple platforms.
Degree in Communication, Media, Journalism, or related field.
Experience in a similar role is strongly preferred.
