Orange360 is a agile regional tourism organisation, backed by local government and strong industry networks. We’re seeking a versatile Marketing & Communications specialist to shape and deliver our marketing strategy and seasonal campaigns.
In this role, you’ll activate campaigns end-to-end, elevate the destination's brand positioning, engage media, and drive communications initiatives that showcase the region and grow visitation.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and deliver marketing strategies and brand campaigns that promote the region’s products, events, and visitor experiences
- Create and manage brand assets, content, and communications across a range of channels
- Collaborate with local industry, stakeholders, and media to raise the profile of the Orange Region
- Contribute fresh ideas and innovation to strengthen the region’s brand and visitor economy
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Experience in a marketing and communications role, preferably within the events, tourism, media or creative agency setting.
- Track record of developing and delivering successful marketing campaigns across various channels and activations
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder/client management experience
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media platforms, and content and creative management
- Keen understanding of brand management and developing brand equity
