Bilpin Cider Co is a leading destination venue in the greater Sydney Region. We are seeking an experienced chef to lead our kitchen, working primarily ***** hours per week, over Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays from 9am to 5pm.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will prepare and cook a variety of dishes from our menu, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. They must adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a hospitality or catering environment
* Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Must have Food Handling Certificate
