What will you do?
Own events post‑handover, leading end‑to‑end planning and delivery from concept through completion in line with agreed scope and objectivesDevelop and execute event concepts, plans, run sheets, and timelines across a diverse portfolio of event typesManage all event logistics including venue setup, catering, AV/technical requirements, transport, security, entertainment, and suppliersAct as the primary client contact, managing communication, briefings, site inspections, feedback, and post‑event debriefs and reportingLead onsite operations including bump‑in/bump‑out, operational team briefings, and real‑time issue resolutionOversee event budgets, financial reconciliation, documentation, and reporting while mentoring and supporting the event management team
More About You
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related discipline5-7 years’ experience in event management across a variety of event types and sizesProven ability to lead high-profile events from concept to deliveryStrong vendor and stakeholder management experienceDemonstrated ability to manage event budgets and financial outcomesProject/event management certifications (e.g., PMP, CSEP) are advantageous
