Job Title: Asset and Contract Specialist
The ideal candidate will oversee financial performance while managing operational risks through the implementation of asset management standards.
Key responsibilities include:
* Manage and optimise all assets and contracts, including maintaining asset registers and ensuring contractual compliance and performance.
* Drive profitability through process improvements, cost reduction initiatives, budget development, accrual management and financial performance reviews in collaboration with operations teams.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement solutions.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated commercial and/or asset management experience or a relevant tertiary qualification.
Additional requirements include a C Class Drivers license and desirable qualifications such as a degree in Business, Engineering, Accounting or Asset Management.
