What you'll be doing
* Deliver trauma-informed consultation and liaison for clinicians supporting perinatal women.
* Provide supervision and expert guidance to build capability across multidisciplinary teams.
* Lead development of culturally sensitive care pathways and coordinated responses.
* Establish and sustain partnerships across internal and external services to improve access and continuity.
* Contribute to research, education programs, clinical review processes, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
* Post Graduate Perinatal or Mental Health Nursing Qualification or working towards
Registration
* Current enrolment with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse Division 1, with a minimum five years full time equivalent post registration experience, with a minimum of three years full-time experience in the specialty field
Selection Criteria
* Significant clinical experience working with perinatal clients with mild and complex mental health needs, including clients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
* Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and across broad clinical networks.
* Sound clinical knowledge and evidence informed practice, ability to think critically, problem solve, and make timely, sound clinical decisions.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across a variety of mediums e.g. written, verbal, electronic.
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team plan to and lead the implementation of changes perinatal and infant mental health services and practices.
* Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, and collaboratively with stakeholders to effect positive quality improvements to clinical services and effective referral pathways.
* Demonstrated clinical teaching skills, understanding of capacity building and practice development, and ability to develop and deliver educational programs.
* Currently hold a valid NSW Class C driver's license and willingness to use for work purposes.
