**Job Description**:
An exceptional career opportunity is available for a Commercial Analyst to join our team supporting the Commercial Manager, Upstream providing clear, accurate and detailed analytical reviews of operations in Toll Energy.
The Commercial Analyst will also be responsible for ensuring the smooth integration of Toll Energy systems to enable an accurate financial report to be developed on a monthly basis for the group.
Key accountabilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Establishing sound invoicing processes and monitoring to ensure complete, accurate invoicing that result in complete revenue capture and improved working capital performance
- Working closely with the Commercial Manager to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis of business trends and performance
- Develop sound and accurate cost/financial models generating IRR Evaluations, What if, scenario and sensitivity analysis etc.
- Development and review of site specific KPIs, metrics and statistics which drive financial performance, and provide the business with value added data for forecasting and decision making.
- Drafting of letters, variations and other correspondence between Toll and customers
- Development and review of business cases for capital investment
- Collaborating with the Business Development team and Commercial Manager in the preparation of major tender and customer analysis, including contract exceptions and risk assessments.
- Preparation of support for annual rate adjustment requests for clients.
- Be prepared to undertake any other task that may be reasonably required from time to time for which you are capable of performing.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 5 years post-graduation experience
- Experience in a commercial environment, ideally within a large, matrixed organisation
- Knowledge of Logistics / Oil & Gas industries is highly desirable
- Degree qualified in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or related field.
- Completed or enrolled to study CPA or CA
- An ability to grasp complex ideas quickly and communicate clearly and effectively
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
