In this highly rewarding role, your focus will be to develop the skills to manage and oversee the construction of allocated builds from site start to handover, with a strong focus on delivering outstanding quality homes that exceed our customers' expectations. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:Shadow and gain knowledge from Site Mangers to project manage the construction for builds from site start to completion, forecasting and coordinating all onsite activities.Provide fortnightly communication with clients on the progress of their build, using the Customer Portal, phone calls and/or emails.Provide ongoing support and communication to all stakeholders (clients, trades, internal staff, suppliers) to ensure issues are rectified promptly.Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with contract terms and legislative requirements (NCC, Australian Standards, etc.).Foster positive working relationships and provide constructive feedback to trades and suppliers.Ensure jobs are ready for scheduled work to commence at each stage.Monitor site cleanliness, adhere to clean site policies and procedures.Report damage, accidents and/or delays on site to your Area Manager as soon as practicable.About YouYou will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values.
