Simmons Civil provide industrial maintenance and civil services across the Gladstone region. We are searching for a skilled Receptionist/Administrator who can work autonomously, take instruction, prioritise work and adapt quickly.
Must have:
- Previously worked as a Receptionist/Administrator for 3+ years
- Cert III in Business Administration / higher qualification
- High level of experience in Microsoft office programs
- Xero experience desirable or similar accounting software
Duties to include:
- Reception work / phone enquiries
- Taking deliveries
- Project setup / ITPs / MDRs
- Extensive data entry / accounts
- Liaising with suppliers and clients
- Managing Contractor Management systems and new starters
- Tender submissions
- Minutes / reporting
The successful candidate will have Administration experience, be technology focused, determined to engineer better processes and have an eye for detail.
Full time role, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week.
