Purpose
The Head of Workplace Experience is the senior on-site Accor leader responsible for shaping and delivering a premium, hospitality-led workplace experience within Charter Hall's head office environment.
Acting as the face of Charter Hall on site, the role combines strategic leadership, operational performance and brand representation to deliver a seamless, elevated workplace experience.
Primary Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of a hospitality-led workplace experience, setting the standard for premium service across all touchpoints
* Build strong, trusted relationships with Charter Hall stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for workplace services
* Lead and develop the Workplace Services Manager and broader team, creating a high-performing, service-driven culture
* Manage supplier and contractor performance to ensure alignment with service standards and commercial outcomes
* Partner with Accor and Charter Hall stakeholders on strategic initiatives, activations and workplace programs
Skills And Experience
* Proven experience in premium workplace, hospitality or property environments
* Strong background in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement
* Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams in service-led environments
* Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, performance metrics and operational outcomes
* Ability to operate with executive presence, professionalism and influence in a corporate environment
* Experience driving customer experience initiatives and service innovation
