Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to spearhead our operations in Australia and New Zealand.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with key customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead regional sales strategy and planning
* Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closing deals
* Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Track and analyze key performance metrics
Requirements
* Demonstrated experience navigating complex defense regulatory environments or military procurement processes
* Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant sales, business development, or account management role
* Proven success in selling MANET, wireless communications, or tactical radio technologies
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring or team management
Preferred Qualifications
* Post-secondary education or Bachelor's in business, engineering, communications, or related field
* Understanding of MANET ecosystems, competitive landscape, and customer mission needs
* Strong technical aptitude in tactical communications and RF networking
* Previous program management in high-performance sales environments
Work Environment
This is a remote-based position with travel requirements (up to 50%) to customer engagements, corporate events, trade shows, and demonstrations.
