**About You**:
This role is well suited to a professional who has sales and logistics experience. You may be an ex or current property manager or travel agent seeking a new experience You will describe yourself as a friendly operator who loves to juggle multiple tasks. You have strong knowledge of the Perth Metro area and enjoy a diverse role. You are tech savvy to work autonomously and have excellent customer service and presentation skills.
**The Opportunity**:
Working Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, your main objective is the role of the Area Coordinator (Pest Control) is to book and manage pest control treatments and inspections for residential commercial industrial properties. The Area Coordinator will primarily be office based; however flexible location arrangements can be considered.
**Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, your main duties will include**:
- Receive customer calls and convert bookings
- Enter customer details into database
- Schedule treatments and inspections
- Manage technicians work schedules
- Seek feedback from customers
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors for works when required
- Maintain a high standard of customer service
- Identify and report continuous improvement opportunities
- Identify and report all workplace health and safety risks and hazards
- Adhere to company processes, procedures, and policies
- Additional tasks as requested by us
**To be considered for this great role in our team you will have**:
- 3 years' experience within an office environment
- Previous experience working in Trades and booking appointments will be advantageous
- Cert III in Business / Sales or equivalent is desirable
- Phone sales and customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate and able to adapt to new systems
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and remotely
- Successfully pass a national police check
- Possess a positive attitude and a proactive approach to solving problems
