Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Chef De Partie role based in the Greater Adelaide Area. As Chef De Partie, you will oversee a specific culinary station, ensuring the preparation of high-quality dishes with precision and consistency. Responsibilities include assisting the Head Chef in planning menus, managing inventory, training junior kitchen staff, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards. You will also collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and uphold the hotel's reputation for exceptional dining experiences.
Qualifications
* Strong cooking skills and expertise in food preparation and presentation
* Knowledge of kitchen operations, including food safety, hygiene, and inventory management
* Experience in menu planning, portioning, and maintaining consistency in high-volume kitchens
