Job Title: Master Chef and Kitchen Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Cook/Kitchen All-Rounder to join our team in the vibrant coastal town of Port Macquarie, NSW.

The role involves overseeing all aspects of food preparation, from menu planning to execution. You will ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and prepare menus that are visually appealing, flavourful, and meet customer expectations
* Oversee inventory management to maximise efficiency and minimise waste
* Collaborate with the management team to develop innovative specials and menu items
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
