The Role
As Practice Manager, you will be the driving force behind the clinic’s daily operations and long-term success. Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing all aspects of clinic management, including staffing, rostering, and workflow
Managing financials, budgets, and reporting
Leading, mentoring, and developing our talented team
Ensuring the highest standards of customer service and patient care
Implementing policies, procedures, and initiatives to optimise efficiency
Supporting marketing, community engagement, and client relationships

Proven leadership or management experience (veterinary or healthcare environment highly regarded)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to motivate and inspire a team
Robust financial and administrative acumen
