The Role
As a Senior Accountant, you'll be hands‐on with client work while leading and mentoring a motivated group of accountants.

* Oversee the compliance needs of a portfolio of active business clients
* Manage client engagements and deliver practical, commercial advice
* Build and nurture strong client relationships
* Manage workflow, delegate tasks, and keep productivity on track
* Mentor and support junior team members
A Little About You
* 5+ years' experience in Business Services / Tax
* Prior experience managing clients and junior staff members (preferred)
* CA/CPA qualifications completed or nearing completion
* Commercial problem‐solving ability with a proactive mindset
* Strong knowledge of Australian taxation law, compliance, and accounting standards
* Solid understanding of business structuring and tax planning (advantageous)
