As part of our high-performing team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills while collaborating with the Store Manager to inspire and lead Team Members at Karrinyup. You will contribute to creating a supportive environment whilst generating sales results beyond sales targets and KPIs.

* Create professional and personalised experiences for our customers to add to their jewellery and watch collections
* Assist the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store and driving Team Members to achieve sales targets and KPIs
* Cultivate a high performing team by coaching and training Team Members to become selling superstars

To be successful in this role, you will need experience in supervising, leading and empowering a high performing team, demonstrated ability of coaching and providing feedback to Team Members to support their career development, and an understanding of running a successful business with a proven track record to achieve beyond personal and store sales targets and KPIs.
