Maintenance Scheduler
We are seeking a motivated, agile, and experienced Maintenance Scheduler to coordinate critical path programs in line with the significant ongoing investment we’re making into our factories. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and managing maintenance schedules, coordinating with various teams to optimise uptime, and implementing best practices for maintenance management. You will be integral in supporting our commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.

In Addition, The Following Qualifications And Experience Are Required
Trade qualification in a relevant field (preferred, not essential).
Relevant industry experience in a fixed plant environment.
Previous scheduling experience.
Experience with Prometheus (preferred, not essential).
Intermediate Microsoft Office literacy skills.
Previous SAP experience is required.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Focused on delivering internal customer service and building strong working relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance schedules to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
Coordinate with maintenance teams, engineers, and operations staff to prioritize and schedule tasks effectively.
Monitor maintenance activities to ensure adherence to schedules and compliance with safety standards.
Analyse maintenance data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with procurement to manage spare parts inventory and ensure timely availability of resources.
Provide regular updates and reports to management on maintenance performance and schedule adherence.
