Crawford Constructions Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled and reliable Roofer to join our growing team on a full‑time, permanent basis. We are a respected, family‑owned company delivering high‑quality roofing services for residential, commercial, and industrial projects across the region. Position Details
• Employment Type: Full‑time, ongoing
• Hours: 38 hours per week (with potential overtime)
• Salary: $78,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with skills and experience
• Location: Moree, NSW
• Start Date: Immediate start available
Key Responsibilities
• Installing, repairing, replacing, maintaining, and restoring roofing materials including metal, tile/shingle, Colourbond, and fibreglass
• Reading and interpreting plans and job specifications
• Applying waterproofing membranes
• Installing and cementing ridge capping and verge tiles
• Installing flashings and sealing around roof penetrations
• Erecting scaffolding, roof rails, and safety systems as required
• Ensuring all work complies with workplace health and safety requirements
• Working independently or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks within required timeframes
Skills & Experience
• 1-3 years of relevant roofing experience
• Proficiency with roofing tools, equipment, materials, and techniques
• Strong understanding of safe work practices, particularly working at heights
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• A valid driver's licence is desirable
