Marketing Executive Job Description

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and optimising marketing campaigns to drive business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster brand awareness, generate leads, and support overall organisational success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Work closely with the CRM manager and Loyalty marketing lead to design, create, and execute CRM-driven loyalty & reward campaigns.
2. Campaign Development and Execution: Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, content marketing, and online advertising.
3. Content Briefing: Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce high-quality, engaging content to support marketing campaign objectives.
4. Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key metrics, analyse campaign performance, and recommend optimisations.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and other teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals and support lead generation and revenue growth.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a relevant field.
* Experience working within either B2C or B2B Marketing.
* Experience working with CRM and/or loyalty marketing.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, experience creating content for different channels.
* Ability to think creatively and produce innovative ideas for campaigns and engagement.
* Organised and detail-oriented, ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Solid understanding of the principles of CRM marketing, and experience building campaigns and calendars to support the activity.
