Senior Retail Sales Leader
Succeed in this pivotal role and take the lead in driving sales, business development, and store operations for a prominent retail network.
Key Responsibilities:
* Optimize store performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) analysis.
* Contribute significantly to achieving store sales targets.
* Analyze business trends and propose actionable recommendations to enhance results and maximize performance.
* Demonstrate leadership skills by guiding Client Advisors towards exceptional sales performance.
* Maintain competitor awareness and provide valuable feedback to Store Managers.
Client Relationship Building:
* Collaborate with the team to establish and nurture long-term client relationships.
* Instill a client-centric mindset within the store environment to ensure unparalleled client satisfaction.
* Support ongoing improvement of mystery shopper results.
* Develop and expand your own client portfolio to maximize business opportunities.
Team Development and Management:
* Ensure Client Advisors consistently deliver an exceptional Fendi Customer Journey.
* Provide consistent coaching and identify areas for individual growth and training needs.
* Partner with Store Managers and Training Professionals to tailor personalized action plans.
* Lead by example, showcasing sales and clienteling leadership skills while fostering cross-selling and client retention strategies.
* Assess and support the performance of Client Advisors, working closely with Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers.
* Drive motivation and engagement within the team to achieve shared business goals.
* Implement effective communication and provide constructive feedback to optimize team performance.
Store Operations and Safety:
* Comprehensively understand and operate Retail systems to run reports, manage credits, returns, and correct errors efficiently.
* Promote a culture of adherence to policies, standards, and procedures throughout the store environment.
* Prepare daily and weekly reports as required, contributing to informed decision-making.
* Exercise sound judgment and take charge in Store Manager's absence, adhering to Company operating standards.
* Maintain a safe store environment for customers and colleagues alike.
* Oversee general housekeeping duties, ensuring a clean and well-organized store space.
* Coordinate the ordering of packaging and stationery materials.
Inventory Control:
* Ensure merchandise is properly received, displayed, stored, and maintained by team members.
* Take on opening/closing duties and assume Manager On Duty responsibilities as needed.
* Accurately complete inventory receipt processes, including entry and reconciliation.
* Master stock transfers, shipments, and receipts/returns of merchandise according to Company guidelines.
Visual Merchandising:
* Maintain visual displays according to established guidelines, both in-store and window-facing.
* Periodically align visual merchandising strategies with sales performance metrics.
* Stay up-to-date on best-selling products and ensure their timely display.
* Maximize product visibility and proximity storage.
* Collaborate with Store Managers to coordinate new window display installations.
About You:
* A minimum 5-year track record in the retail or luxury industry.
* At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
