We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Community Services Trainee.
Job Description
This is a unique opportunity to gain a Certificate III in Community Services while working full-time and getting paid. As a trainee, you will have the chance to work in a supportive team environment and contribute to offering a diverse range of services to locals on the North West Coast.
You will be responsible for supporting your team with high-quality administrative and clerical duties, including filing, data entry, records management, and other day-to-day tasks. You will also have the opportunity to build strong relationships with the community and attend local expos and events to showcase the services offered.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including experience in customer service. They will also be able to show initiative and maturity in their approach, and be a team player with a flexible and proactive attitude.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to achieve your qualification in just two years, gain full-time employment from day one, and enjoy paid holidays and full entitlements. You will also receive ongoing support and mentoring from your supervisor and trainer, and be part of a welcoming and professional team.
