About The Role
Staff Health plays a vital role in supporting the health and wellbeing of hospital staff. We offer a dynamic and inclusive setting where teamwork and adaptability are key. Responsibilities include supporting appointments and drop-in services, coordinating vaccination and screening processes, and assisting in onboarding and screening for current staff. The role supports the team during quieter periods and contributes to a friendly, responsive culture. The current requirement is Thursday and Friday, with negotiation possible.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist staff attending appointments and drop-in services
- Coordinate appointments, maintain records, and provide administrative support for vaccinations and screenings (including COVID vaccinations)
- Assist in managing new staff screening and onboarding processes
- Use initiative to support the team during quieter periods
- Contribute to a friendly and responsive team culture
About You

- Previous experience in a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in iPM, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
