We are seeking an exceptional Guest Experience Architect to lead our Concierge function. You will be responsible for orchestrating seamless guest journeys from pre-arrival arrangements through to fond farewells and beyond.
As a seasoned hospitality professional, you will have a proven track record of delivering warm, personalized service that reflects the exceptional standards of luxury hotels. Your expertise in leading diverse teams will enable you to empower your team members to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Lead a high-performing Concierge team in delivering exceptional guest experiences
* Ccoordinate every detail of the stay for VIP and high-profile guests
* Work closely with internal departments and external partners to elevate guest interactions
* Empower your team to deliver warm, personalized service that meets the highest standards
What We Need From You
* Demonstrated expertise in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort environment
* Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire a diverse team
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Fluent English is essential; additional languages highly regarded
* Proficiency in hotel systems (Opera or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
* A passion for luxury hospitality and exceeding guest expectations
