AECOM is on the lookout for an Associate Director Data Centre Electrical Engineer to join our team in Sydney! This is an opportunity to lead cutting‑edge projects in one of the fastest‑growing sectors globally.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Design Excellence: Oversee the electrical design and engineering for data centre projects, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency.
* Project Leadership: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.
* Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
* Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and development within the team.
* Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep abreast of industry advancements and incorporate innovative solutions into project designs.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience: Proven track record in mechanical engineering within the data centre sector, with a focus on design and project management.
* Qualifications: Relevant degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field; professional engineering registration is a plus.
* Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive project success.
* Global Perspective: Experience working in or with data centre markets from prominent regions is highly desirable.
