About the role
This role is an integral part of the workshop operation. Your role is to support a growing team of mechanics with parts for repairs being completed alongside two other parts interpreters
Duties
* Back counter role dealing with workshop
* Assist mechanics in selecting and ordering the correct spare parts for their trucks.
* Provide accurate pricing and availability information for parts.
* Manage and organize inventory levels in small stores room.
* Process orders efficiently and accurately, prioritizing urgent requests.
* Collaborate closely with the service team to have parts delivered in a timely manner
Skills and experience
* Must hold previous experience as a Truck Spare Parts Interpreter
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Proficiency in computer systems and inventory management software.
* Strong problem-solving abilities.
* Heavy vehicle parts interpreting experience is essential.
