Hairdresser Opportunities
We are seeking skilled hairdressers to join our team on a full-time basis. Multiple positions are available in our Richmond salon, Sydney.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality haircuts, trims, and styling services to clients according to their preferences.
* Apply various hair colours, highlights, or lowlights as requested by clients.
* Wash and condition clients' hair using suitable products.
* Create special hairstyles for events or occasions.
* Offer exceptional customer service, including advising clients on hair care and maintenance.
* Clean and maintain hairdressing tools and equipment.
* Adhere to hygiene and sanitation standards.
Requirements
* A Certificate III / Certificate IV in Hairdressing or higher qualifications.
* A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience gained in a commercial salon.
* A minimum of 1 year experience in cutting both male and female hairstyles.
* A minimum of 1 year experience in professional hair cutting and extensions.
* A minimum of 1 year experience in colour theory and hair colouring technique.
* Motivation to work in a team environment.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Ability to handle pressure professionally.
* Past employment work references.
* Availability to work weekends.
