Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Guest Services Agent. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience for our guests. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every guest has a memorable stay with us.
You will be the first point of contact for many of our guests, and your interaction with them will set the tone for their entire stay. You will be expected to greet guests warmly, answer their questions, and provide assistance with any queries they may have.
You will also be responsible for handling guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner, working to resolve issues promptly and efficiently. This will involve active listening, empathizing with the guest's concerns, and offering solutions to resolve the issue.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be required to maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including notes on any issues or concerns raised. This will involve using our property management system to record and track guest interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Crafting memorable moments for our guests through exceptional customer service
* Providing a warm and welcoming experience for all guests
* Handling guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner
* Maintaining accurate records of guest interactions
Requirements:
* Proven track record in a comparable position with flexible weekend availability
* Have full Australian working rights (at least 6 months without sponsorship) and reside in the Perth Metropolitan Area
* Confident and bubbly personality with an aptitude for hospitable service, leadership, teamwork, and patience
* Strong English writing, reading and speaking communication, with a bonus for those who are multilingual
