A new Community Mobilistation Team (CMT) is being created to lead the recruitment, support and ongoing development of members and volunteers across the state of WA. The opportunity This role is best suited for someone with prior Administration/Customer Service experience. You will have a good understanding of Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills (written and verbal), as well as a keen eye for detail. You will work alongside staff to assist with the day-to-day functions of the Community Mobilisation Team, inclusive of database management, general enquiries, supporting the volunteering on-boarding process as well as maintaining existing records for all Western Australian volunteers. This is an exciting opportunity to support and interact with Volunteers and Members. Red Cross will ensure you have training, ongoing support and access to other opportunities within the world’s largest humanitarian network. The impact As a Mobilisation Administration Support Volunteer, you will assist the Mobilisation Team with daily administrative requirements to ensure volunteers and members have the best possible experience with us. Application requirements For this role you will be required to undertake a National Police Check, which will be organised by the Red Cross. You will need to provide a recent copy of your CV or provide details for two professional references.
