We are seeking an enthusiastic individual, ready to take the next steps in their career as a Room Leader at our established centre in Mandogalup.
In this role, you will:
Collaborate with a dynamic team of educators to craft a safe, engaging and enriching environment where children thrive.
Deliver day-to-day care, supervision, and education, while playing an active role in sharing the daily schedule to spark curiosity and learning.
Cultivating meaningful and respective connections with children, families, and the broader community, creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for all.
What you bring to the table:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or ACECQA approved equivalent.
A good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and Education & Care Regulations.
A warm and caring personality.
Ability to establish and nurture positive relationships with staff, children and families through excellent communication skills.
A current First Aid certificate, WWCC, and Police Clearance (or the ability to obtain at onboarding).
