About the role:
- Analysing all data and complete necessary credit assessment checks, to ensure an acceptable level of risk, complying with all legislative requirements including the National Credit Code.
- Analysing and verifying supporting loan documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Input of data into core systems ensuring accurate record keeping is maintained.
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to ongoing continuous improvement and process enhancements.
What will you bring to the role?
- Previous loan preparation experience is required (banking or finance industry experience preferred).
- Experience in a customer service role (face to face or in a contact centre environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Sound understanding of the national credit code, responsible lending obligations and Privacy Act.
