RAC Finance (RACF) specialise in market leading finance products and services ranging from personal loans, investment notes and property development finance loans.
What will you be doing?
In addition, you will;- Analysing and verifying supporting loan documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.- Analysing all data and complete necessary credit assessment checks, to ensure an acceptable level of risk, complying with all legislative requirements including the National Credit Code.- Achieve credit assessment targets in accordance with credit policy and procedure.- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to ongoing continuous improvement and process enhancements.
What will you bring to the role?- Previous loan preparation experience is required (banking or finance industry experience preferred).- Experience in a customer service role (face to face or in a contact center environment.- Strong communication skills.- Sound understanding of the national credit code, responsible lending obligations and Privacy Act.
