This role will be at our Ballina location, Cherry Street Sports.

You collaborate closely with senior leadership with your hands-on operational strength and commercial approach and enjoy achieving and celebrating results.
Strong commercial, leadership and team management skills.
A deep understanding and passion for operational, legislative and safety compliance excellence.
Informed of market trends, industry developments and regulatory requirements to make informed decisions and identify efficiencies and cost savings.
What we would like however not essential
* Current NSW RSA/RCG.
* ARCG and first aid highly regarded.
* Industry experience is preferred but not required as the successful applicant will have a great attitude and show initiative.
* Be able to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
