Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Helpdesk and Data Quality Officer Trainee. This position will involve providing technical support to clients via phone or email, as well as ensuring data quality in the system.
Responsibilities:
* Responding promptly and effectively to client inquiries via phone or email
* Providing technical support on hardware and software issues
* Escalating unresolved issues as appropriate
* Monitoring data quality in the system
* Identifying areas for improvement in processes related to data quality
Skills Required:

* Ability to work under pressure
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications:
* Willingness to complete a traineeship – Certificate 3 Business Administration
* Experience working in customer service is not essential but preferred
