Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Enterprise Cloud Services team as a Client Delivery Manager. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
* Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services to customers
* Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and success
* Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve customer issues
* Monitor and report on customer feedback and sentiment
Requirements:
* 6+ years of experience in customer-facing roles or equivalent
* Strong understanding of cloud computing and SAP technology
* Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Experience working with international teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
* Certification in project management or cloud computing (e.g., PMP, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner)
* Knowledge of SAP ERP and cloud infrastructure (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP)
* Experience with service management tools and methodologies (e.g., ITIL)

Work Environment:
