We're hiring for a Finance Manager to act as the 2IC to the CFO, stepping into a pivotal role that balances strategic thinking, commercial insight, and hands-on financial work. This is your chance to build reporting, shape pricing strategies, and support critical decision-making in a high-growth environment.
Your Responsibilities
Collaborate with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and modelling
Own the development and improvement of financial dashboards and internal reports
Provide insightful KPI analysis, variance commentary, and executive-level reporting
Partner with commercial teams to support pricing strategy, cost analysis, and product profitability
Design and enhance reporting tools using Excel, Power BI
Support payroll administration and help maintain compliance
Take part in financial reporting and board pack preparation
Work closely with senior stakeholders inlcuding CFO, CEO, CCO
About You
CPA/CA qualified with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar
5-7+ years' experience in finance roles, ideally within payments, fintech, or related industries
Strong Excel, Power BI, MYOB and financial modelling skills
Confident communicator who can translate financial insights into business action
Ambitious self-starter with strong business acumen, a relaxed but proactive attitude, and a passion for value-adding finance work
