Your position
Step into a pivotal role as a Senior Electrician - Solar Battery where you'll take the reins on key solar and battery projects. Supported by apprentices and roof labourers, you'll ensure installations are delivered to the highest quality and compliance standards.
* Lead field-based installations of Solar & Battery systems
* Work primarily on residential/domestic projects
* Direct apprentices and roofers on site
* Uphold safety, quality, and compliance standards
* Conduct audits and rectify project issues when required
* Backed by a dedicated project delivery team
* Full time employment role, 12-month contract with annually renewed

Experience needed
You'll be a qualified and accredited Solar Electrician ready to hit the ground running. With a strong technical skillset and a passion for delivering quality work, you'll thrive in this role.
* Proven Solar installation experience
* Accredited licences (Electrical & Solar - SAA/CEC)
* Strong understanding of standards, safety, and compliance
* Skilled at delivering high-quality workmanship
* Clear communicator who can lead and collaborate
* Capable of working independently and managing site teams
* Willingness to travel to projects across Sydney
* Full time role employment, 12-month rolling contract structure
