H&S Coordinator

This is an ideal role for someone early in their Health & Safety career who wants hands‑on experience, structured development and a clear progression path.
You'll support the delivery and administration of Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality systems across operational teams, helping maintain high standards of compliance and safe working practices.
What you'll be doing
* Assist with RAMS, incident reporting and safety inspections
* Support Permit‑to‑Work processes
* Maintain training records, compliance registers and certification logs
* Assist with internal/external audits and document control
* Track corrective actions
* Support environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives
* Provide operational support, including site visits and mobilisation activities
What we're looking for
* Organised, detail‑focused and proactive
* Strong communication skills
* Keen interest in Health & Safety and compliance
* Confident engaging with site and office teams
* Degree or qualification in H&S, Construction, Engineering or similar (desirable)
* NEBOSH General Certificate (or working towards)
* Experience in FM, construction or engineering
