Dematic Pty Ltd, a world leading supplier of integrated logistics and material handling solutions currently has an opportunity for a motivated and talented Maintenance Supervisor. The position will be located at one of our major client sites in Moorebank, NSW. This challenging position requires a self-driven and experienced supervisor who can coordinate and lead the residential service team, grow the relationship with the customer and maintain a safe work environment. The team are skilled tradesman. What we offer: Manage and develop a multi skilled residential service team by setting clear goals and responsibilities in order to meet or exceed customer expectations. Maintain and enhance an effective ongoing relationship with the customer. Assign work schedules and develop the roster for the residential service team. Developing a positive team culture and environment that generates a high level of personal accountability and high performance standards. Deliver a plant reliability and maintenance schedule program to ensure continuous improvement and minimise downtime. Ensure all staff comply with administrative requirements including reporting and timesheets. Provide regular staff usage reports and forecast work loading to enable forward planning of resources. Overview the spare parts inventory management and orders. Identify and implement efficiency programs. Operate within maintenance expenditure budget and control costs. Ensure compliance with relevant ISO procedures. Ensure compliance with all Dematic safety regulations and legislation. Inspire a safety conscious culture and conduct regular toolbox meetings. Tasks and Qualifications: Must have completed either an Electrical or Mechanical trade qualification. Applicants with Engineering Degree are also desirable. Experienced in managing technical and trade qualified teams delivering maintenance services, including sound people management and HR experience is ideal. Ideally 5 years' experience working in a customer service environment in a similar supervisory role. Excellent communication and leadership skills, including ability to liaise with all levels of staff and customer. Robust experience working with CMMS (MEX) and exposure to Siemens S7 Able to work a flexible roster on short notice to meet the requirements of the role. Strong problem solving skills and the ability to see a task through to completion. Integrated systems experience within a material handling environment an advantage.
