The Role:
We are looking for a proven Sous Chef or senior kitchen staff member who can lead and motivate their team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organisational skills, as well as the ability to execute menus, manage stock control, rostering, and kitchen operations effectively.
