As an Occupational Therapist Team Lead, you'll be travelling around Victoria and Tasmania delivering vital allied health services to regional communities.

Role Overview
Minimum 5 years clinical experience and leadership experience preferred.
Responsibilities include:
* Clinical care delivery in outreach and telehealth settings.
* Leadership of the Flying OT team, including staffing, training and performance management.
* Planning and managing travel and service delivery to regional and remote communities.
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining quality standards.
* Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
Work type: Permanent full or near full‐time.

Requirements
* Relevant allied health qualification – Occupational Therapy.
* Registration or eligibility with AHPRA.
* Minimum 5 years clinical experience and leadership experience preferred.
* Compliance checks (or willingness to obtain).
* Work right in Australia (NZ citizens welcome).
