Occupational Therapist (Level 1–2) – Permanent Part-Time
$55 per hour + super | Community-based role
Flow Healthcare is seeking a capable and motivated Occupational Therapist (Level 1 or Level 2) to join our team in a permanent part-time position.
This role is suited to an OT who values structure, clarity, and being paid appropriately for all required time worked, including assessment, reporting, and administration.
About the role
* Permanent part-time employment
* Guaranteed minimum of 8 paid hours per week
* Additional hours may be offered by mutual agreement
* Community-based work including:
* NDIS participants
* Aged Care / Home Care Package clients
* Home visits, residential aged care facilities, and community settings
* Remote work from home for documentation and non-face-to-face tasks where appropriate
Key responsibilities
* Conduct occupational therapy assessments, including Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs)
* Deliver goal-directed, evidence-based interventions
* Prepare clear, timely, and clinically sound reports
* Complete documentation and administrative tasks within expected timeframes
* Work in line with professional standards, organisational processes, and clinical expectations
What we're looking for
* Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
* Level 1 or Level 2 experience
* Demonstrated competence in completing FCA-style assessments and reports
* Ability to work independently within established clinical and operational expectations
* Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills
* Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
