Offer description

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage bookings, assist our management team and provide day-to-day administration support.

The successful applicant will be responsible for tasks including creating bookings, answering phones, preparing reports and invoices, photocopying and scanning documents. They will also ensure reservations are managed effectively to maximize restaurant capacity, design menus, flyers and marketing materials, and provide administrative support to management and staff.

Key qualifications include good computer skills and knowledge of InDesign, previous hospitality experience in a similar role, excellent phone manner and communication skills, and a strong grasp of the English language.

This is a casual position with great working conditions, flexibility and growth opportunities.
