The Opportunity
We have an opportunity for a Finance Manager with strong Group accounting and consolidation experience to join the CFO Group's Financial Control team. In this role, you will partner closely with the Senior Finance Manager to ensure accurate and timely financial results for the Stockland Group.
Drawing on your knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards, Group accounting and consolidation principles, and relevant tax laws and regulations, you will take ownership of the completeness and accuracy of Corporate and Overhead results, while also contributing significantly to the consolidated Group close process.

What You'll Do
* Deliver accurate and timely Corporate and Overhead results
* Support the consolidated Group close process
* Partner with stakeholders to strengthen financial processes and insights
* Identify and implement process improvement opportunities
* Lead, coach, and mentor a small high-performing team
* Apply IFRS, Group consolidation and tax requirements in delivering financial outcomes
About You
You bring high energy, strong analytical capability and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will have:
* Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Taxation or Accounting, with CA or CPA accreditation
* 8+ years post‑graduate experience, including consolidation accounting
* Experience in large, complex, listed organisations
* Strong understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards
* Knowledge of Group accounting and consolidation principles
* Experience with relevant tax laws and regulations
* Team leadership and coaching experience
* Strong collaboration, relationship management and process improvement skills
