We are seeking a skilled Site Coordinator to support our high-performing team at the Mindyarra Maintenance Facility in Dubbo.

As a Site Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the operations team involved in the Regional Rail Project. Your primary role will be to ensure efficient administration of project tasks, including documentation, scheduling, and communication.

About Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

* Administrative Support: Assist the operations team with various tasks, such as documentation, scheduling, and communication.
* Payroll Processing: Manage payroll for the project, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
* Purchasing Administration: Oversee the creation and processing of Purchase Orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of project-related documentation, schedules, contracts, and reports.
* Coordination: Act as a liaison between different departments and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
* Compliance: Ensure all administrative activities comply with company policies and project-specific regulations.
* Documentation: Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and other documentation as required by the operations team.
* Logistics Management: Assist with logistics coordination, including meetings, site visits, and travel arrangements for the team.
* Facilities Management: Support the management and upkeep of the project's on-site facilities.

Requirements About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
* Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
* Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
* Problem Solving: Ability to proactively identify and resolve administrative issues.
* Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office software (e.g., MS Office Suite), SAP or similar systems, and project management tools.
