Your New Role

Klimate Solutions is seeking a hard-working, detail-oriented Administration & Accounts Assistant to support our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, and enjoys being a valued part of a friendly, collaborative workplace.

This part time role offers approximately 25 hours per week, with flexibility to suit school hours or be spread across five days.

Key Responsibilities

- Answering calls, emails, and other correspondence as the first point of contact for the business.
- Processing and entering supplier invoices accurately, supporting monthly accounts reconciliation.
- Raising and tracking purchase orders, planning for receipt of orders.
- Coordinating company assets, including maintaining accurate records, arranging maintenance, and overseeing replacements for vehicles, equipment, uniforms, and other resources.
- Compiling supplier quotes and assisting with preparing business quotes.
- Assisting with job management, including scheduling tasks and liaising with clients and managers on works and timeframes.
- Providing general administrative support to the Office and Service Teams as required.
- Maintaining a tidy and organised office, workshop, and parking areas, including stock levels of office supplies, staff amenities, consumables, and client products.

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

- Have strong attention to detail and enjoy accuracy-focused tasks
- Are reliable, organised, and proactive in your approach
- Bring a positive, friendly attitude and work well in a small team
- Have solid computer skills (Microsoft Office essential)
- Have previous accounts or admin experience (desirable but not essential)
