About the role
Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, this role will provide support with the daily operations of IT and manage all IT related incidents, and effectively and efficiently ensure smooth operations of the business.
Your focus will include:
Providing the first point of contact for end users requiring technical assistance:
Triaging Service Desk queues:
Logging IT repair jobs:
Ad-hoc admin tasks:
Purchasing IT equipment:
Managing stock levels and monitoring assets
About you
You will have experience in providing a high level of customer support within a service desk support role in a technology-based business:
A passion for customer service:
Have a proactive approach to finding resolutions:
Flexible to work between the hours of 8am and 8pm on weekdays
