**Assistant Department Manager - Fresh Chilled**:
**The Assistant Department Manager role exists to:
- **Support the Fresh Chilled Manager with the CFC operational performance across Inventory Management and Replenishment activities in Perishables and Meat**
- **Support the Fresh Chilled Manager to supervise a team to provide an exceptional level of service to all online customers by ensuring stock is available when required to support picking of Online orders**
- **Supervise the department in the absence of the Fresh Chilled Manager
**This role will involve close collaboration with the Replenishment Manager and/or Assistant Department Manager - Replenishment and reports into the Fresh Chilled Manager.

**As the Assistant Department Manager - Fresh Chilled, your key responsibilities will be to:
- **Spend time with the Perishables and Meat teams to motivate, supervise, and guide the team to deliver results and drive best practice in the CFC**
- **Support the Fresh Chilled Manager to supervise the team to ensure good PI levels are maintained, overstocks are controlled, management of promotional screens, and fulfillment of Business to Business orders**
- **Review stock loss daily with the out of code team to give the customer the freshest stock but also maintain profit**
- **Review OOS reports daily to determine how we can improve availability to the customer**
- **Collaborate with our Online Commercial and Online Replenishment teams to improve customer satisfaction, through range changes and managing stock levels**
- **Support the Fresh Chilled Manager to identify and develop talent in the CFC to build a talent pipeline for our Woolworths Group**
- **Engage with other CFC teams to share best practice

**This is a part-time position requiring flexible availability to work as per business needs, including overnight and weekend shifts.
