Translate technical progress into business value language for executive and Board‑level audiences.
Operate as a trusted advisor to the customer’s CDIO and senior technology leadership.
Partner with delivery partners, including global management consulting leaders, to maintain accountability for technical outcomes within a joint delivery model.
Present to and influence C‑suite and Board‑level stakeholders on modernisation progress, risks, and strategic decisions.
Engage with AWS senior leadership on program strategy, escalations, and resource commitments.
Lead the transition of validated GenAI prototypes from minimum lovable product to production.
Define future‑state domain architecture for a large‑scale legacy platform with 1,000+ integrated assets.
Provide architectural oversight across multiple delivery squads, ensuring consistency, quality, and operational readiness.
Drive modernisation planning, including dependency management, risk mitigation, and integration with enterprise platforms.
Lead and mentor a team of senior engineers, architects, and specialists.
Build modernisation capability within the customer’s technology teams to achieve self‑sufficiency by program end.
Orchestrate multi‑partner delivery.
