Senior Sales Leader for Business Growth
About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to spearhead our business development efforts in APAC. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will drive both inbound and outbound sales activities to generate quality pipeline for our sales team.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the sales team to ensure we meet our lead follow-up SLAs, meet our activity KPIs and ultimately over-achieve our objectives of qualified meetings for each region.
2. Onboard, coach and mentor new sales professionals so that they ramp-up quickly and over-achieve their quarterly targets.
3. Provide and deliver continuous training plan including role plays on a quarterly basis.
4. Organise and deliver training material (call scripts, FAQs, Battle cards) for all Proofpoint priority sales plays.
5. Streamline, optimise and localise outreach sequences to be used by sales teams in their prospection efforts in collaboration with the demand generation team.
6. Ensure sales and marketing interlock, and actively participate to regional sales meetings.
7. Collaborate with Field Marketing to ensure every member of the sales team is fed with the right volume of Marketing Qualified Leads and Marketing Qualified Contacts.
8. Develop cross-sell/up-sell as well as competitive take-out sales programs to expand footprint.
9. Develop an account based sales strategy.
10. Analyse team and campaign performance and recommendations for optimisation and future enhancements.
11. Manage outreach and SFDC dashboards to track all activity and performance KPIs.
12. Provide monthly and quarterly regional business reporting and analysis on all programs and campaigns run in region.
