As we continue to grow, we're looking for a reliable and energetic Logistics Assistant to join our operations team and support our Dispatch & Operations Manager.

About the Role
As our Logistics Assistant, you'll be an integral part of the daily operations, helping to ensure smooth dispatch, delivery, and stock coordination.
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts.
Early starts may be required—punctuality and reliability are key.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver catering orders to clients around Perth
Assist with packing, collating, and dispatching daily orders
Conduct quality checks before dispatch
Help plan efficient delivery routes
Support stock organisation and regular packaging stocktakes
Maintain clean and tidy logistics and vehicle areas
Prepare packaging materials and delivery gear (e.g., crates, hot bags)
Assist the Dispatch & Operations Manager with administrative and operational tasks
Provide occasional support to the kitchen team when needed
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in logistics, catering, hospitality, or delivery-based roles
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Detail-oriented and organised
Great communication and problem-solving ability
Physically fit and comfortable with lifting and moving catering gear
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
Full, clean driver's licence (essential)
Own transport (preferred)
Police clearance (preferred)
